Everything you need to know about how we ship CreaThink, our 60-day return window, and our money-back guarantee.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. If you order from outside the US your order will not be processed and we will refund you automatically.

Every order is processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. You will get a confirmation email with your tracking number within minutes of placing the order. Tracking starts updating within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your zip code. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

If your package is delayed by weather, a holiday, or the carrier itself, email hello@trycreathink.com with your order number and we will help you track it down.

Wrong address or lost package

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change the address up to 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order is already at the warehouse and we cannot pull it back.

If your tracking says delivered but you cannot find your package, check with your neighbours and your mail carrier first. If you still cannot locate it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will replace the package at no cost on your first order.

Carrier liability

CreaThink is not liable for any goods lost or damaged by DHL, OnTrac, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or any other third-party postage carriers in the United States.

In all other cases where your product does not arrive or arrives damaged, CreaThink may issue a discretionary replacement. If we decide to issue a refund, credit will be returned to your original method of payment.

Returns & Refunds

60-day return policy

Try CreaThink for 60 days. If you do not feel sharper, calmer, and stronger, email hello@trycreathink.com and we will refund your full order. No fee, no return shipping, no questions.

If you bought 1 bag, email us within 60 days of delivery. We refund your full order. Keep, donate, or finish the bag, your call.

If you bought a 3-pack or 6-pack, email us within 60 days of delivery. We email you a prepaid return label. Send the unopened bags back and we refund those bags in full, no fee. The opened bag is yours to finish.

Eligibility & conditions

This guarantee applies to goods purchased directly from CreaThink. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Some portion of the items in your order must remain in their original condition — unopened and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The return request must be for your first order with CreaThink.

Please note: once you request a refund on these grounds, your CreaThink subscription will automatically be cancelled.

How to start a return

Email hello@trycreathink.com with your order number. We will reply within one business day and sort the rest in that one email.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days on our side. Your bank may take another 3 to 5 business days to show it on your statement.

If you ordered the wrong product or the wrong quantity, email us within 24 hours and we will catch it before it ships.

Damages & issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@creathink.com so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges with no handling fees. If you exchange for a higher-priced item, you will need to cover the price difference.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you regarding the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or credit-card processing times may cause slight delays.

If 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@creathink.com.

Non-returnable items

Certain items, such as opened perishable goods, cannot be returned. If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

We can't issue refunds for…

Didn't like the taste. We do our best to provide products that taste great, but flavor perception is subjective. We're unable to issue refunds based on taste preferences alone.

Allergic reactions. Every product carries a detailed ingredient label. Please read it carefully and consult your doctor before buying — we can't issue refunds on these grounds. If you need clarification, our customer-service team is happy to help.

Ordered too much. If you ordered more than intended, email hello@trycreathink.com within 24 hours of purchase so we can review your case.

Ordered the wrong item. It's your responsibility to ensure you're ordering the correct product. Contact us at hello@trycreathink.com. immediately and we'll do our best to cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, we cannot provide a refund or accept the goods back. Customer-service response times can take up to 24 hours.

Financial hardship. If you may not be able to continue with a subscription, the "one-time" purchase option is a flexible alternative. You can resume subscription products whenever your situation changes.

  • This guarantee applies only to your first (initial) order. If you purchased a bundle, the guarantee covers the first month's supply only.
  • Our guarantee is based on the success of our products supporting your wellness goals. To qualify, you'll need to take all dosages as instructed.
  • Refunds are not available based on flavor preference alone.
